  • Housing for persons who would otherwise be homeless
  • Eligible individuals include single-parent or two-parent families with children and disabled women (including pregnancy past the fifth month)
  • Ineligible individuals include single men, women or couples without children
  • No more than four individuals can reside in unit
  • Rent is set at $150 a month
  • Waiting list is always open
  • Wait time varies
